This is achieved by lowering your carbs down to around 50 grams per day or lower depending on weight and increasing the amount of healthy fats you consume.

The Junk food cravings
First comes the empty nauseating feeling in the pit of your stomach, followed by the never ending hunger – believe me when I tell you that nothing will fill that void apart from a carb! I basically had an emotional break down because of Pizza cravings!
