Nivea Products Review: Winter Skin Care Classics

Nivea Products Review: Winter Skin Care Classics

There is always that brand you come back to. Everyone experiments with skincare and if you don’t, you should. It’s good to see what is out there, its good to try different brands and try products to see what your skin needs and what works for you.

But I do think throughout all of this you will find the products that just work and nothing else ever matches up. You might not use every product within that brand but you know what works for you so it will always remain a firm favourite.

For me, that brand is Nivea products.

Nivea Products Review

Nivea is one of those brands you see in every household, the name everyone knows. The company itself has been around for over 130 years and is constantly evolving, bringing out new products and working hard to maintain their good name.

Nivea is the first skincare brand I purchased back when I was a teenager with my pocket money.

I remember both my Nan, Mum and sister all using Nivea and having a pot of cream dotted around the house.

Regardless of your age, gender or skin type there is a product that is suited to your needs. And they offer everything from deodorants right through to sun cream.

Over the decades Nivea products have continued to grow yet maintain a brand you can trust.

Here are just a few of my favourite products:

Nivea soft moisturiser cream £4.99

A body cream I constantly come back too. Along with being purse friendly there is a generous portion of moisturiser in these tubs so a pot can last up to 6 weeks for me. It moisturises really well leaving skin feeling super soft and hydrated and smells gorgeous. Not only this but it doesn’t clog pores and can be used everywhere, I even use it on the soles of my feet after a night out in heels!

Nivea Men post shave balm £3.99

Now go with me on this one, but I actually use this as a primer before my makeup.

And if you’ve never tried this, raid your man’s toiletry bag and try this for yourself. (And if they say they don’t own a toiletry bag – they’re lying!)

Super affordable compared to some makeup primers this little beauty sits really well on all skin types and helps keep makeup in place all day. It’s also really light and absorbs really well.

If it’s good enough for Kylie Jenner then its good enough for us girls.

Nivea Skincare Q10 Sheet Mask £3.99

If you’ve read any of my blogposts before you will know I am a LOVER of a face mask.

I do them twice weekly without fail.

This one in particular has become a firm favourite. It promises to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles along with recharging the skin, boosting hydration as well as leaving skin super soft.

And it does exactly what it says on the tin (or packet) Infused with vitamin C this is a perfect boost if your skin is feeling particularly dry.
