On Friday 9th August renowned cocktail bar, Aether Bar Liverpool hosted a summer soiree which was attended by the city’s leading journalists and influencers, along with key people from the food and drink industry.
Situated in the heart of the city, just above Liverpool One, Aether is celebrated for its experimentally crafted cocktails and opulent interiors, with this event showcasing its unique offering perfectly. That evening, guests enjoyed Fiero Spritz’s on arrival, along with a delicious sample of some of the gorgeously presented cocktails from the new summer menu; including a zesty Chilli Chocolate cocktail featuring Santa Teresa rum, and the highly Instagrammable Tanqueray-based ‘Bee Sting’ cocktail.
East River, a brand new restaurant based on Allerton Road which is inspired by the delis of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, provided the canapés for the evening, which were much-needed after all of those cocktails! Guests enjoyed some succulent lamb skewers, soft bagel samples, fresh salmon bowls along with plenty more light bites throughout the evening.
Upon leaving, all visitors were also given some samples of miniature bottles of flavoured liquor to take home with them, which – when added to a mixer created the perfect summer cocktail at home!
With its innovative cocktail menu, stylish interiors, and lively ambience, often enhanced with live music, Aether is already a firm-favourite with cocktail aficionados and provides the perfect spot for socialising with family and friends this summer.
