Apart from their much loved ‘Disco Cauliflower’, Maray’s other veggie options include but are certainly not limited to their Whipped Goat’s Cheese & Crostini starter, Aubergine Shawarma, paired with crispy shallots and pickled chillies and Maray Veggie Tacos, filled with butternut squash and tangy feta. Rough Hand Made

For a quick on the go option, Rough Hand Made Bakery is a popular option for vegetarian spots on the Dock, serving the finest pastries, sandwiches and sweet treats. Their pita sandwich filled with aubergine, hummus, red cabbage & spinach omelette is enough to excite any vegetarian’s taste buds. Peaberry

A popular dockside lunch spot, Peaberry is known for its hearty comfort foods and healthy veggie options. On the brand new autumn menu, diners can find mouth watering options such as the Buffalo Halloumi and Aubergine burger served with cured coleslaw and skinny fries or the Falafel Flatbread served with harissa hummus, roasted beetroot and a soya mint yoghurt dressing. If there’s anywhere on the Dock that can excite a vegetarian’s palette, its Revolución De Cuba. With its mouth watering veggie options, diners won’t find themselves missing meat at all. Veggie Tapas choices include Tacos with charred halloumi, butternut squash and courgette, lightly coated in chilli jam glaze, Sauteed Cajun Cream Mushrooms and Jackfruit Chilli Nachos, topped with manchego cheese sauce, mango salsa and guacamole.
