Completely vegan and cruelty free this is the skincare brand we can all afford to purchase, with products starting from £4.99.

Yet it can all look a little confusing.

Do you need to get your head around all the different products and what they offer?

I got you.

Here are just a few of The Ordinary skincare products, I have tried, tested and loved made easy enough to understand.

The Ordinary Skincare: Buffet Multi technology Serum

Who needs this?

Took me a while to get my hands on this one, it was constantly sold out which is usually a good sign!

This product is perfect for anti-ageing, if you’re showing any signs of crow’s feet or fine lines this serum is perfect for you. It helps calm and regulate your skin tone whilst working hard to target visible signs of ageing.

Full coverage foundation

Is this good for every skintone?

We all know how much I love foundation, I have tried pretty much all of them. So, when I saw The Ordinary not only offered skincare but make up as well, I knew I had to try.

Available in a range of shades, it can be quite hard to shop online knowing which shade you need. I purchased two – a lighter one and then a darker one, both from the yellow toned shades (perfect for olive toned skin) and I had to mix the two to get the perfect shade for me. But as they are only £5 I didn’t mind too much.

It gave good coverage and felt nice to apply. I did have to use setting powder over the top as I felt it could go shiny after a few hours, so if you suffer from oily skin this perhaps isn’t the right one for you.

Caffeine Solution 5%

Who does it work for?

Anyone suffering with those dark circles and puffy areas around the eyes. Light weight and fast absorbing its soothing around the eye area and works hard to reduce the signs of ageing.

Light enough to use twice a day it definitely leaves my skin looking fresher.
