Now that we have binged as many films and tv shows as possible, we think it could be time to do something a bit different during downtime this Summer and make the most of your outdoor spaces with the family.

During lockdown, people are turning to the online world to find out more about how to make the most of their green spaces. To date, figures show that more than 3 million Brits are now part of a total of approx. 6,500 UK gardening groups on Facebook. Approximately 1 million of these enthusiasts joined a gardening group after 1st March 2020 – a time when lockdown was imminent. And, 860 new UK gardening groups were created during this time, as people turned online to learn and share new skills and find communities to belong to.
