Jane Scrivner Encapsulated Optimised Overnight Repair Review

As we all know I am OBSESSED with trying new skincare and any review I do is always based on genuine use of the products and my honest opinions. A couple of weeks back I was luckily gifted the Overnight repair product from Jane Scrivner. Having used this brand before I knew this product would be excellent and I wasn’t disappointed. I swapped my skincare regime around and used this product three times a week for 3 weeks.

Containing vitamins C, B and E along with jojoba oil this high potency slow release formula is designed to do all the hard work over night which is when your skin works hard to repair. With promises to help protect your skin against everyday aggressors whilst leaving your skin radiant toned and renewed. Not only this but its proven to empower the skins condition, elasticity and the skins natural radiance.

Within a week my skin was visibly brighter, especially around the undereye area. Not only this but upon application my skin felt nourished and more plump. If your suffering with dark circles or pigmentation I would highly recommend giving this product a try for this reason alone.

My only issue with the product is the smell, if you prefer to use un fragranced products this would not suit you as the smell is quite potent. Not unpleasant just an obvious smell upon application, so if this something you know would put you off but would still like to try it out I would suggest using a less amount.

It’s easy to apply and although it can feel a little sticky at first, get past this and ensure you are massaging into the skin. If you use a hyaluronic acid as part of your regime (and if you don’t you should!) make sure you use this prior. And it goes without saying, ensure your face is cleansed thoroughly for maximum results.

If you’re looking for a brand who focuses on natural, organic skincare full of nutrients I would suggest checking out all they have to offer. It’s not cheap skincare but the products I have tried have lasted.
